**Features** ○ Measurement Principle - Most suitable for automatic measurement that scans a constant optical field on a "surface" basis, adopting a "surface" unit moiré method. ○ Automatic Stationary Measurement Type - Playback automatic measurement is possible with data that has been measured (taught) once. ○ Measurement Setup - Manual measurement is possible with joystick operation of the 5-axis (up to 7-axis) including X, Y, Z, A-axis camera rotation and θ rotation table. ○ Measurement Operation - Setting measurement distance: Manual focus using laser focus only during manual measurement. - Start measurement: Start is initiated by joystick operation only during manual measurement. ○ Automatic Connection Method for Measurement Patches - By precisely monitoring the movement position of the 3D camera with NC control of 5-axis (up to 7-axis), measurement patches can be continuously and automatically connected with high precision and consistent overlap. ○ Options - Touch Probe: Capable of switching between traditional contact 3D measurement methods and non-contact "surface" unit measurement methods. - Coaxial Laser Probe: Effective for measuring narrow and deep uneven surfaces. ● For other functions and details, please download the catalog.
