In recent years, the demand for nano-sized grinding and dispersion has increased, and there is a need for grinders that can stably use microbeads with a diameter of less than 0.1 mm. The gap method and screen method, which have been adopted as methods to separate beads from slurry, tend to have clogging issues and limitations on the diameter of the beads used. The MSC mill employs a centrifugal separation method, eliminating the restrictions on the diameter of the beads used, and by arranging a centrifugal separation rotor inside the cylindrical grinding rotor, it suppresses the concentration of beads in the centrifugal separation device, allowing for more reliable separation of slurry and microbeads.
