Differential pressure switch
The MPL-501 series pressure switch (differential pressure switch) accurately detects and switches micro differential pressures below 10 Pascals. There are six types available depending on the pressure range: 0-200 Pascals, 150-1000 Pascals, 500-4000 Pascals, 2800-16000 Pascals, 6500-65000 Pascals, and 26000-180000 Pascals. The size is 25x25 mm, and it is very lightweight and compact, weighing only 10 grams. The switching repeatability accuracy depends on the pressure range, but taking a setting of 100 Pascals as an example, it switches repeatedly with an accuracy of less than 1 Pascal. Operating principle: The pressure applied to the diaphragm pushes down a cantilever-type contact blade, creating a mechanism for contact. Additionally, the adjustment of the set pressure can be easily done with an adjustment screw. It is ultra-compact and lightweight, and the price is significantly lower compared to conventional models, making it ideal for OEM use.
