The non-operating time of printing machines due to frequent plate changes and plate cleaning is a significant issue from the perspective of cost reduction. On the other hand, the desired level of print quality continues to become more advanced. Maintaining stable print quality is also extremely important. Additionally, recent environmental protection regulations suggest a move towards eliminating VOCs, and a reduction in the use of organic solvents for plate cleaning and other processes is desired.
