【Various dimension data can be calculated】 Points, straight lines, circles, partial circles, ellipses, maximum points, minimum points, distances, coordinate differences, polar coordinate differences, etc. 【Wide measurement range】 It is capable of measuring wide shape contours with a maximum X-axis of 200mm and a maximum Z-axis of 60mm. 【Stable data provision】 Due to the adoption of a linear motor drive system, there is minimal vibration, allowing for stable data provision. 【Can also be used as a surface roughness measuring device】 By exchanging the detector, it is possible to switch between contour shape measurement and surface roughness measurement functions. In surface roughness measurement, the surface of the measured object, such as products or molds, can be traced with a probe to measure the surface irregularities. (*Compliant with JIS-2001, JIS-1994, JIS-1982, ISO, DIN, ASME, and CNOMO standards)
