【Contact Method for Surface Roughness Measurement】 The measurement is performed by bringing the measuring tip (conical diamond) into contact with the object being measured and running it over a specified evaluation length. Simultaneous measurement is possible within a range of up to 200mm on the X-axis and up to 1,000μm on the Z-axis. 【Non-Contact Method for Surface Shape Measurement】 While contact measurements only provide line information, non-contact measurements using optical interference can obtain surface information, allowing for a more visual evaluation. 【Compliance with International Standards】 Due to the diversification of product quality and evaluation, various standards and parameters for surface roughness have been significantly revised. Our company can accommodate both new and old standards such as JIS1982, JIS1994, JIS2001, as well as various international standards including ISO, DIN, ASME, and CNOMO. 【Measurement of Surface Contour Shapes】 By changing the detector, it is also possible to measure surface contour shapes that are difficult to measure with projectors or tool microscopes.
