We evaluate dimensions such as fine R and depth, as well as contour shapes that are difficult to represent in drawings.
In this service, by tracing the surface of measurement objects such as products and molds using contour shape measuring machines, image measuring machines, three-dimensional measuring machines, and optical 3D digitizers for scanning (following) measurements, we can obtain contour shape data of fine areas. The captured data can be processed using dedicated software to perform evaluations such as dimension measurement and coordinate calculation. Additionally, it is possible to quantify and visualize evaluations of contour lines and free curves that cannot be represented by dimension lines on drawings. There are various methods for contour shape measurement, including high-precision measurements using contact methods and extensive measurements using non-contact methods, so we will propose appropriate measuring instruments and techniques based on the work and measurement conditions.

Additionally, for measurement areas with depth, we offer various styluses, including long styluses. 【Direct reading of point cloud data】 With the data processing software 【TIMS】【FORMPAK】, it is possible to directly read point cloud data by manipulating the file format of the contour lines (point cloud data) obtained from the measuring device. Various evaluations, including dimensional calculations, can be performed from the imported contour lines (point cloud data). 【Evaluation using point cloud data in a coordinate system】 - CAD conversion of point cloud data for model matching. - Measurement of elements (diameter, angle, distance) and contour measurement. - Importing 2D CAD data for contour matching evaluation using contour matching software.
