It has a sub-micron rotational speed, making it ideal for ultra-precision machining. Additionally, it produces no vibrations, resulting in a good finish. ● Contouring Processing Utilizing CAM software (MACS), horizontal high-speed profile grinding is possible. ● Tilt Head (Optional) By tilting the grinding wheel forward by 3 degrees, the R shape at the tip of the V-face grinding wheel can be effectively utilized, improving grinding shape accuracy. ● Linear Motor Drive (High-Speed Grinding Processing) By equipping the left and right drive with a linear motor, short stroke strong high-speed reversal is achieved, reducing processing time. High-speed positioning accuracy is realized at ±1μm. ● Space-Saving Design (1 Square Meter) ● High Rigidity Cast Iron Specification Compared to standard cast iron, the mass is increased, enhancing seismic resistance to accommodate the high-speed reversal of the table.
