- Weigh 50±0.5g of the sample filtered through a wire mesh and place it in the sample container, then lower the rotating disc onto the polyethylene liner surface at the bottom of the sample container. Apply the specified load to the polyethylene liner and rotate it at a speed of 1000±20 revolutions per minute.
