Dielectric multilayer film
Dielectric multilayers with various optical properties are created by stacking two or more thin films with different refractive indices. 【Film Formation Method】 Films are produced using the "vacuum deposition method." This method involves heating the film material in a chamber (oven) maintained at a high vacuum, causing it to evaporate, and depositing the vapor onto a substrate (such as glass) positioned above. 【Product List】 ○ Anti-reflective (AR) coating ○ Half-mirror (HM) coating ○ High-reflective mirror coating ○ UV-cut filter coating ○ Dichroic mirror coating ○ Polarizing beam splitter (PBS) coating ● For other functions and details, please download the catalog.
