By utilizing the functions of the horizontal tensile testing machine, we have achieved accurate peeling tests within a range of 0 to 180 degrees by synchronizing the movement speed of the flat plate, which forms the peeling force line and peeling angle, with the tensile speed. When the actuator moves the rotating stage in the direction of arrow B, the driving force is transmitted through the upper and lower driving gears and guide gears, causing the flat plate cross stage, onto which the substrate to be peeled is mounted, to move in the direction of arrow A. At this time, the stage movement speed and peeling speed are equal. Additionally, this flat plate cross stage method features a unique mechanism that allows the rotating stage to be rotated to set the peeling angle, enabling easy adjustment from 0 to 180 degrees with a single operation.
