Easy vertical and horizontal axis molding with a single cylinder.
The mold enters a floating state solely due to the pressure increase from the lower cylinder (biaxial molding). After the mold is set, the upper screw bolts can be lowered to reduce the open height (allowing for immediate load operation). By operating the pressure relief valve, the cylinder (and lower punch) can be lowered at will, enabling the filling depth of the powder to be freely set, thus allowing for the production of molded products of various thicknesses.
