This is a thermal forming machine for heating processing and heating lamination. It has a capacity ranging from several kN to 1000 kN, and the heater plates can be sized from 100 to 600 square mm, with a standard temperature range of 200°C to a maximum of 400°C (PID control). We offer a wide variety of types, including manual pump type, fully automatic wave control type, and electric manual control type. 【Features】 ○ Achieves parallelism of the upper/lower heating plates of 20 [μm] (when the heating plate is 100 square [mm]) through precision grinding and a four-column frame. *Note that parallelism may not be met depending on specifications. ○ By adopting a vacuum frame, heating and gas replacement heating under vacuum conditions are possible (if the specifications allow for the inclusion of a vacuum frame).
