Welding sample support: Welding is possible with a plate thickness of 50 microns or more! We will provide suggestions from material selection.
This is a model of the STKZ-10N(100) type adapted for a width of 500mm. It joins the end of the preceding material of the coil and the tip of the following material. If the plate thickness exceeds 0.2mm, a different model (STK-20Z) will be recommended. The welding head opens the working surface when it retracts, and the pressing method uses a spring. 【Materials that can be seam welded】 1. General carbon steel (excluding coated materials) * Individual conditions are required depending on the type and thickness of the coating. 2. Titanium 3. Nickel alloy materials (such as 42 alloy and amber invar) 4. Copper foil 5. Stainless steel 6. Tantalum + 42 alloy 7. Wire mesh and sintered mesh damping steel plates such as SUS materials * The ability to weld varies depending on the composition and manufacturing method of the materials. * The above are general materials, and there are various types of materials that require verification each time. Additionally, we support verification testing for welding. ● For more details, please download and view the catalog.

We specialize in seam welding machines for special materials and thin sheets such as stainless steel, titanium, and 42 alloy. It all started when a certain steel manufacturer was able to produce 50-micron SUS foil, and a user remarked, "Cutting and bonding are part of working with metals!" during the steel manufacturer's material promotion. Since then, many special materials have been added, expanding the applications of this type of welding machine.
