High-Speed Response Valve MH Series
The new generation 24VDC high-speed response valve works as its name suggests: a switching time of 2ms to 7ms or less speeds up the overall cycle time of the system and increases productivity. However, it is not just fast. The repeat accuracy operates at a very high precision of 0.2ms (for the MH2). It is easy to expand into existing systems and can also be used as base equipment for new systems. Even when mounted on a manifold, it can be compactly housed with a slim design. It is ideal for applications such as blow sorting with air jets, open/close control systems, bonding, filling, packaging, and work in a vacuum state.

Additionally, by using multi-pin connectors and sockets with MB cables, installation time can be significantly reduced. Applications/Examples of results
It is possible to switch in less than 2ms (for MH2) with a normal 24VDC without installing an external over-excitation circuit. Additionally, the built-in energy-saving circuit reduces the voltage after a few milliseconds, ensuring 100% ED rating. Even with continuous use or 24-hour operation, the switching time error is less than 0.2ms. This valve is ideal for bonding and chemical filling processes.
