basic information
The software will handle the collection, analysis, and display of shock test data. 1) Drop a weight shaped like a foot from about 3 meters above the shock-absorbing material and collect the following data until the weight hits the shock-absorbing material and comes to a stop: - Acceleration sensor data attached to the weight. - Strain data from the load cell under the shock-absorbing material. - Position data of the weight obtained from a laser displacement meter next to the shock-absorbing material. 2) The collected data will be processed and analyzed by the software. - Determine the F-S (Load-Displacement) curve. - Determine the E-S (Energy-Displacement) curve. - Determine the S-S (Stress-Strain) curve.
