This machine is designed for high-precision cylindrical processing of small-diameter materials such as cemented carbide and ceramics, and both the grinding wheel spindle and the regulating wheel spindle adopt a dual-support structure. - Both the grinding wheel spindle and the regulating wheel spindle use special alloy sliding plain bearings. - It is designed to accommodate diamond and cBN grinding wheels. - The grinding wheel spindle and the regulating wheel spindle are integrated, allowing the grinding wheel to be fixed to the spindle while the entire bearing can be removed and attached. This enables easy truing and dressing. - The truing of the regulating wheel can be easily performed using the on-machine truing mechanism.
