The moment the tiny droplets ejected from the inkjet land on the targeted position, we record and measure the droplet images, contact angles, and volumes over time. Inkjet droplets are deposited on the intended location of the target object, and this state can be captured using a high-speed camera. Additionally, with the newly announced DropMeasure-1000, simultaneous high-speed imaging can be performed from both directly above and from the side, allowing for clear capture and analysis of the phenomena of wetting, penetration, and drying immediately after droplet deposition. We also accept contract experiments for measurements. 【Features】 ■ Clear imaging of the droplet surface from two directions, directly above and from the side, without obstacles ■ Two cameras are synchronized to operate, enabling simultaneous capture from both directions ■ Using the captured images, automatic calculations of contact angles, areas, volumes, etc., are performed ■ Precise control in the XY direction allows for the formation of precise patterns on substrates ■ Two-liquid mixing experiments using two heads are also possible.
