The NE-tak Overlaminate Film "Glow-in-the-Dark Laminate" is a translucent adhesive sheet coated with a glow-in-the-dark coating on the back, applied to a polyester film with a laminating adhesive. It absorbs and stores light from sources like fluorescent lamps and emits it in the dark.
