This is a 4-axis integrated driver with a built-in controller for a 5-phase stepping motor. It can store up to 63 positioning data points and 10 types of operation parameters for each axis in EEPROM, and can be operated via signal control through external inputs. The sensor inputs are three points per axis (ORG, CWLS, CCWLS), and the compatible motor is a 5-phase hybrid stepping motor with a current of 1.4A per phase or less. Data writing can be edited on a computer via RS-232C serial communication. Dimensions are 170 (W) × 110 (H) × 31 (D), excluding mounting and protruding parts.

After writing the positioning data and operation parameters, the motor can operate through the sequencer I/O control. It can be easily operated by simply connecting a 5-phase motor and a DC 24V power supply to the D3230.
