◇HSME - This is a hollow motor optimized for high-precision positioning, incorporating a high-resolution encoder into its hollow shaft design. ◇D3870 - Positioning is performed using pulse train input commands, while the motor is driven by directly receiving and comparing encoder signals, enabling full closed-loop control positioning operation. ◆HSME-72 - With a high resolution of 000 pulses per revolution, combined with the full closed-loop control driver D3870, a positioning accuracy of 0.01° has been achieved. ◆Closed-loop control function - The stepping motor is driven while comparing pulse input with encoder/linear scale input. ◆Vibration suppression function - Motor vibrations are suppressed using a first-order delay constant. ◆Overcurrent protection function - If an overcurrent flows to the motor due to some cause, the output transistor is turned off, and an error is output.
