Equipped with a home position sensor as standard. 6. By removing the standard aluminum plate and using the optional glass plate, it can also accommodate transmitted illumination. 7. A wide range of optional items such as wafer holders, glass plates, and aluminum plates are available. Custom products can also be made to customer specifications.
