It features an easy-to-operate front-centered control panel and is equipped with an emergency stop function compliant with CE standards. Of course, the emergency stop function is also linked to the chuck guard. Control of the spindle's forward and reverse rotation, as well as the on/off of automatic feed, can be managed from the lathe side when a milling attachment is added. The motor drive uses a timing belt system, allowing for speed adjustment to any desired level through a continuously variable transmission circuit. Additionally, automatic feeding is possible through a change gear. By incorporating an additional change gear set, it can also cut metric and inch screw pitches. The spindle has a specification of 10.2mm, allowing for a 10mm through hole. A standard 80mm three-jaw scroll chuck is included, along with reverse jaws. This scroll chuck provides ample capacity for processing larger diameters. Optional raw jaws are also available. It is equipped with a double-sided tool post, and the cross slide features T-slots for attaching various attachments. By adding a top slide, taper (conical) machining can also be performed, and the milling attachment can be used as a milling table. Furthermore, the tailstock can be fixed at any position on the lathe bed and conforms to the MT-1 standard.
