The Mini Milling Machine LittleMilling1 is a compact, space-saving tabletop milling machine. It features a taper spindle, allowing for high-precision drilling of holes, groove cutting, face milling, keyway machining, T-slot machining, and various other processes that differ from those performed by a drill press, depending on the cutting tools used. It is a sister machine to the versatile precision lathe Compact 7, sharing the same milling attachment and options. The milling table is equipped with three T-slots, enabling secure fixation of irregularly shaped materials. Additionally, various options are available to accommodate different applications. The milling table can also be expanded, broadening its range of uses. Functionally, it includes a fine feed feature that allows for micro-adjustments using a dial, as well as rough spindle quill elevation through lever operation. A clamp set and drill chuck are included as standard accessories.

The switches necessary for operation are conveniently grouped in one place, and the machine is equipped with a spindle that allows for both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. The rotation speed can be adjusted infinitely using a dial, and the column can be set at an angle of up to 45° to the left or right, enabling the processing of angled grooves and inclined holes. It comes standard with a highly rigid milling table. Additionally, it features three T-slots, allowing for the use of clamp sets and vises, as well as the ability to secure irregularly shaped materials using T-slot nuts for processing. Furthermore, it is possible to expand to a long-sized milling table as an option. The quill lever is equipped with a depth setting ring, allowing for the setting of drilling depth through lever operation, which is a convenient feature for drilling tasks. Additionally, fine feed can be performed using the fin feed function, which can be turned on or off. The spindle quill can be raised and lowered using dial operation, and fine feed can be achieved by observing the scale on the fine feed dial, allowing for precise elevation adjustments.
