Repairs are conducted for sizes ranging from Φ0.018mm (ultra-fine wire) to about Φ0.200mm. The main die outer diameter is Φ25mm. Repair capacity: over 3,000 pieces/month. Measurement method for inner sizes: using a laser outer diameter measuring device. Repair size standards: for inner size Φ0.05mm, +0, -0.3 to 0.5μm. Drop width during repair: for inner size Φ0.05mm, 4 to 6μm. Repair condition: the inner shape can be customized according to your requirements. Unit price: varies depending on the wear condition of the inner surface, so please send repair samples. For inner sizes of Φ0.100mm and above, special wire drawing, and small-scale production before mass production will be discussed separately. Equipment owned: laser outer diameter measuring device, ultrasonic processing machine, wire polishing machine, and others.
