Low Temperature Drying Chamber <Small Unit Type>
Low-temperature parallel flow and counterflow drying device
Designs that fit the space are possible! It can also be designed so that you can see a demonstration of the drying process.
We offer a "Compact Unit Type Drying Cabinet" that combines a drying room and a drying machine into one complete unit. Considering the limited space in stores and similar environments, we can design it to fit your space. It can be easily installed indoors, and we can create a design that allows for demonstrations of the drying process. Thanks to our past delivery achievements, low-temperature drying with effective dehumidification is now possible even with compact machines. 【Features】 ■ Available in a type that can be used with 100V ■ Minor modifications can be made to fit the delivery location ■ Basic installation work is not required, so it can be operated simply by connecting the power supply ■ Effective low-temperature drying with proper dehumidification even in compact machines ■ Advanced temperature and humidity control *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Company information
At San-Ei, the low-temperature drying device has been developed to quickly remove frost that occurs during low-temperature operation, making drying possible. With this drying device, it is now possible to dry at temperatures below +10°C, which was previously considered impossible, and many places are currently using it even at temperatures below +5°C. Additionally, to reduce uneven drying at low temperatures, a reverse flow method has been implemented. Previously, the direction of the drying air flow was only one-way, which often resulted in differences in drying speed between the blowing side and the suction side, necessitating the replacement of drying carts midway, making it very labor-intensive for workers. By adopting the reverse flow method, the blowing direction automatically switches, eliminating the difference between blowing and suction, and allowing for an average finish, including the central part. Furthermore, by combining this with an electrically adjustable wind direction shelf (optional) that automatically varies the wind direction, the unevenness between the upper and lower parts has also been improved, resulting in a synergistic effect for more uniform drying and a reduction in total drying time.
