Screen version silk stretching dryer
As a manufacturer of screen printing machines, we have created screen exposure equipment that embodies our commitment and experience with screen plates. We have integrated a screen stretching machine and workbench used for silk screen printing, along with an emulsion dryer. By slowly applying tension while repeatedly stretching and relaxing both vertically and horizontally, we can provide the screen with strong and stable tension. The emulsion dryer is designed to dry the screen while keeping it in a horizontal position, allowing for accurate and uniform thickness of the emulsion during drying. Additionally, the warm air used for drying is clean, filtered through a dust removal filter, and some of it is recirculated to reduce power consumption.
