Screen version photosensitive emulsion coating machine
This is a screen printing plate-making equipment created from our commitment and experience as a screen printing machine manufacturer. While the fully automated emulsion application ensures uniform coating, this machine offers more than just that. The high degree of freedom, which is one of the advantages of screen printing, requires unique plate-making technology, and this design accommodates such applications. Individual settings for each operation can be adjusted, and the bucket used for emulsion application can continue to use the previously employed one. Additionally, depending on the printing purpose, plate-making using the indirect method may be more suitable than the direct method. We also offer an optional automatic film application unit, which automatically applies film with uniform pressure while removing static electricity and preventing dust intrusion, from film application to sheet cutting. This machine proposes a new environment for plate-making work, adding a step towards automation without leaving behind the accumulated experience and knowledge that our customers take pride in as their greatest asset.

This is a device for applying photosensitive emulsion to screens used in silk screen printing. Additionally, an automatic film applicator for use with the direct imaging method can also be installed as an option. Maximum frame dimensions (unit: mm) ■1000×1200 ■1250×1600 ■1500×2000 *The minimum compatible frame size is 400×400 for all types. We offer these three types as standard specifications, but please feel free to consult us about sizes outside of these specifications. Options - Film apply unit
