Laser strain analyzer

The laser strain analyzer is a non-contact, full-field 3D deformation measurement device that uses laser speckle pattern interferometry technology. It easily obtains strain and stress element data in static tests. ● Simultaneously measures two axes of in-plane displacement and one axis of out-of-plane displacement of the object being measured. ● Measures strain and stress as surface information from the surface displacement of the object being measured. ● Since it uses laser as the measurement medium, it allows for non-contact, non-destructive, and load-free measurements. ● Measures materials such as metals, ceramics, and plastics with high precision and sensitivity. ● Capable of measuring thermal deformation and overheating tests due to laser measurement. ● The sensor head is compact and lightweight, allowing it to be mounted on testing machines for measurement. ■ Main Specifications - Measurement sensitivity: 0.03 to 0.1 μm - Measurement range: 1 to 20 μm (measurements over 20 μm can be divided) - Measurement area: 200 × 200 mm (expandable with external laser) - Measurement distance: 0.1 to 1.5 m - Operating mode: Automatic/Manual (capable of 1D, 2D, and 3D measurements) - Data interface: TIFF, ASCII, Windows Metafile *For details, please inquire through the request for materials.
