Static electricity eliminator (ionizer) "air gun type"
Gun Type LGB & Power Unit SAB-705(S)
Air gun type for removing static electricity from plastic molded products and foreign substances such as dust, dirt, and lint that adhere to the molded products, preventing reattachment.
The FISA electrostatic eliminator "Air Gun Type" can be used to remove foreign substances such as dust and dirt that adhere due to static electricity, and to prevent their reattachment. While a regular air gun can remove foreign substances attached to plastic products, it does not eliminate the static electricity of the product itself or the foreign substances, leading to immediate reattachment. Additionally, friction with compressed air may further increase static electricity. This device can stably perform static elimination of plastic products and the foreign substances themselves. It is easy to use by supplying either 100V or 200V input along with compressed air. ■ Features - Air Gun Type: Lightweight, low noise, and capable of stable static elimination - Nozzle Type: Perfect for spot static elimination and can be integrated into equipment.

Creating innovative products with unique development capabilities If there are drawings or objects, other companies can produce similar products. However, without FISA's precision and processing know-how, I believe it is impossible to create products of the same quality. The development of products unique to our company, such as "PLAGATE" and "ION BLADE," is rooted in this idea. Developing Japan's first hot runner The development of FISA's flagship product, the plastic injection molding nozzle "PLAGATE," took place in 1974. FISA was the first in Japan to develop an injection nozzle (hot runner molding technology) that can mold only the product without generating runners. The "automatic gate cut mechanism using resin pressure," which opens and closes the gate with a built-in spring in the nozzle, allows for the creation of products without stringing or protrusions, and the overall size of the device is compact and maneuverable. Development of one-of-a-kind products The ability to develop products that only FISA can offer is our strength. "ION BLADE" is one such product. Unlike conventional static eliminators that discharge from a needle tip, it utilizes a thin film electrode and is used in manufacturing processes for LCD lines and films.
