Features of Yamada's Powder Transfer Pump ■ Since it is an air-driven pump, the power source is only compressed air ■ No electrical work is required, simplifying the equipment and enabling low-cost installation ■ Compact and lightweight, making it easy to transport and space-saving ■ Minimal separation phenomena due to differences in powder density ■ Fewer parts, making disassembly and assembly easy ■ Flow control is simple with an air regulator Models are available that can handle a transfer volume of 200kg to 1500kg per hour ■ Transfer volume guidelines ・NDP-25 series: approximately 200kg/h ・NDP-40 series: approximately 500kg/h ・NDP-50 series: approximately 1,000kg/h ・NDP-80 series: approximately 1,500kg/h ■ Examples of transferable powders ⇒ Toner, powder coatings, aerosols, silica, glass bubbles, calcium carbonate, carbon black, pesticides, medical powders, kaolin, etc. *The capacity may vary depending on the powder being transferred, so confirmation with a demo unit is necessary.
