After can manufacturing, cutting processing (NC milling, CNC lathe, horizontal milling) is possible in-house, including laser processing and bending, allowing for multi-processing. We can advance "monozukuri" from development, including VA proposals. If you consult with us on development projects, we can provide proposals that include cost and time reduction. **Precision Sheet Metal Division** Laser processing capable of cutting from 0.8 to 19 mm, thin and thick bending processing, with a structure that minimizes welding points (thick plate structural processing is possible as cutting can be done externally). **Cutting Processing Division** Machining center: 1000×400, NC horizontal milling: 1700×800, NC milling: 1000×400, general (vertical and horizontal), CNC lathe, specializing in small to medium parts, processing including welded structures with skilled craftsmanship. **Welding Processing Division** We have obtained qualifications (SS, SUS, AL) and perform precise welding processing, capable of various can manufacturing processes for thin and thick plates, utilizing robotic welding (for cans, brackets, tanks, jigs, chutes, and others). **Procurement Division** Procurement from domestic and overseas sources, including parts procurement and surface treatment, is possible. Can manufacture from small to large items (5-sided processing) is also possible.
