■Industry-leading speed By incorporating ultra-fast and high-precision servo drive functions, it achieves automatic labeling at a maximum speed of 2,500 labels per minute*. This labeler is ideal for labeling products produced in large quantities, such as large lot products or campaigns conducted for a limited time. *1 Labeling is possible at a maximum speed of 2,500 labels/min when the label size is 2mm square or 20mm. ■Long continuous operation The high line speed can lead to frequent label changes, which is a challenge for manufacturing sites. The S-51V features a dual-head design that allows for automatic switching between upstream and downstream. This enables label changes without stopping the line, allowing for long hours of continuous operation.
