By newly developed sensor materials and thin-film technology, we have achieved a vacuum gauge capable of measuring a wide range with fast response and high sensitivity.
This vacuum gauge can measure from 0.005 Pa to atmospheric pressure and is excellent in shock and vibration resistance. It is equipped with recorder output, contact output, and communication output, making it suitable for measurement, monitoring, and control of vacuum devices and containers. Additionally, direct connection from the sensor unit to a computer is possible, and we provide measurement software for free.
