basic information
The removal of the core during wire cutting is supported by the "Three Helper Brothers": Helper 1, Helper 2, and Helper 3, which correspond to three different uses as their names suggest. Since the core can be removed without lowering the water level in the processing tank, time efficiency increases, and cost reduction is expected.

Applications/Examples of results
- Assistant 1: Used when a wire is clogged in the nozzle. The resin part at the tip of the syringe fits into the nozzle and sucks in the wire. - Assistant 2: There are two types, φ2.0 and φ4.0, with a powerful magnet attached to the stainless steel tip, allowing for the removal of the core without lowering the water level. - Assistant 3: Used for removing non-magnetic cores (such as aluminum, SUS, etc.). The tip of the tweezers has a special groove processed, making it difficult for the core to slip.
