(2) All "crushing teeth and casing liners," which are subject to wear and tear during operation, are made of wear-resistant resin (polyamide-based), which can virtually prevent the contamination of materials with inorganic impurities. (The resin components are sufficiently durable, with a typical replacement frequency of every few months to a few years.) (3) Despite its compact size, it has a processing capacity of about 100 kg/hr at maximum. (4) The replacement of parts such as crushing teeth is easy. (5) By combining with a raw material hopper and automatic feeder, unmanned continuous operation is possible. (6) The material of the crushing teeth can be made from various ceramics in addition to resin.
