Online Arsenic Analyzer
The heavy metal continuous analyzer "Ecamon TE10" can continuously measure heavy metals in various samples such as tap water, river water, seawater, and wastewater. It is an environmentally friendly analyzer that does not use reagents like mercury for arsenic analysis. This analyzer consists of two fully automated steps. First, a certain amount of the sample is pre-treated in a reaction coil to remove interfering components. After that, the sample is introduced into a cell equipped with a working electrode to determine the metal film potential in elemental form. The next step is the metal stripping process (stripping voltammetry). Under optimal conditions with an electrolyte and a constant current, the metal film formed on the working electrode is stripped away. The potential difference (potential change) of the working electrode generated during the stripping process is measured. The measurement concentration can be determined using a standard solution and a pre-prepared calibration curve.
