By utilizing triple-junction GaAs solar cells with more than 1.5 times the conversion efficiency of conventional silicon-based solar cells, there are advantages in both efficiency and cost compared to traditional systems in large-capacity concentrated solar power systems.

High-efficiency (average 30% @ 1 Sun, about 42% @ concentration ratio 500) gallium arsenide (GaAs) solar cell for concentrated solar power generation. Standard cell sizes are available in three types: 10mm square, 5.5mm square, and 3mm square. Additionally, there is a heat-conductive receiver (compatible with 10mm square and 5.5mm square cells) equipped with bypass diodes and interconnectors. Furthermore, there are solar cell modules for mirror-type solar power generation (for water cooling). We can also provide 40x80mm (standard) cells and custom sizes for other applications (flat panels, solar cars, solar unmanned aerial vehicles, etc.), with cell efficiencies of approximately 30-34%. Sizes are available even in small quantities. Additionally, we offer ultra-lightweight, high-efficiency flexible thin-film single-junction and dual-junction GaAs solar cells (average conversion efficiencies of about 24% and 26%, respectively) along with their modules and laminated panels for solar cars and solar unmanned aerial vehicles.
