Flexible silicon solar cells (approximately 250W/m^2) are provided in a module structure. This module is used by attaching it to a panel. The main performance of the triple-junction GaAs solar cells is as follows: Average efficiency (BOL): 28-30% Mass: 84-86 mg/cm² (solar cell only) Size: 39.8mm x 60.4mm (standard), 30.6mm x 40.3mm (standard), 20mm x 40mm (custom), 39.7mm x 69.13mm (standard), 40mm x 80mm (standard), 80mm x 80mm (standard), 120mm x 60mm (custom) GaAs solar cells are also available at CIC. Custom sizes can also be accommodated. We have sizes available for small quantities, so please contact us. Additionally, for the 40mm x 80mm and 39.7mm x 69.13mm sizes, there are lower-priced options that have efficiencies approximately 1-3% lower than usual. Furthermore, we can also design, manufacture, and attach cells to panels for solar cells used in ultra-small satellites, CubeSats, and large satellites, so please contact us for supply.
