Excellent initial wettability and cutting performance with lead-free rosin core solder. 【Features】 ○ Commercialized as the final form of RMA ○ The flux grade is RMA, providing high reliability while compared to conventional RMA products, it smoothly enters the soldering iron and cuts cleanly when the iron is removed. ○ Shows good spreading characteristics on copper plates, brass plates, and nickel-plated boards. ○ Even under extremely harsh conditions with a soldering iron tip temperature of 420°C, almost no bridging occurs. ● For other functions and details, please download the catalog.
