Prototyping using SLS (Selective Laser Sintering, Powder Bed Fusion, Rapid Prototyping)
In 1998, we were among the first in the prototyping industry to introduce the Sinterstation from the U.S. company DTM, and we have a proven track record with many prototypes. Currently, we have three machines in operation: the Sinterstation 2500plus and SEMplice (large powder sintering additive manufacturing). We offer two types of materials: DuraForm (equivalent to nylon 12) and DuraForm GF (glass-filled). Additionally, we can provide a comprehensive service in-house, from solid modeling to manufacturing, painting finishes, and, if necessary, machining of the manufactured parts.

basic information
We will create models from 3D data. The material is very similar to polyacetal (Duracon), and it excels in strength (rigidity) and heat resistance (around 120°C) compared to liquid photopolymerization, allowing for strength and heat resistance testing with actual equipment. We can achieve integrated molding even for complex shapes that utilize hollow structures (tanks, pipes) and freeform surfaces. As secondary processing, we can perform drilling, end milling, adhesive processing, painting, tapping, and more, comparable to general-purpose resins. Please feel free to contact us.

Applications/Examples of results
- Assembly with snap fits - Assembly confirmation tests for hinge components and repeated screw tightening - Running tests and drop tests - Rotational tests for propeller fans and similar components - Thorough surface finishing for fluid experiments in wind tunnels and water tanks - Design verification models and design consideration models
Company information
With over 30 years of experience in prototype production of resin parts, we primarily handle prototypes through 3D CAD design, powder molding, and rapid prototyping using 3D printers (SLA, EDEN), as well as casting products via vacuum casting, and plastic processing including machining and resin cutting. We have established a total prototype system that allows us to manage everything in-house. We can accommodate inquiries for prototypes made from both rigid and soft materials. Utilizing solid modeling, we provide prototypes quickly and support product development. Please feel free to contact us, even if you are creating a product for the first time or do not have design drawings.
