From the solid modeling service, we can perform modeling and painting finishing consistently in-house. Using EDEN modeling as a master, we also accommodate small lot, diverse reproductions through vacuum casting with materials like ABS-like, PP-like, high heat-resistant, rubber-like, and transparent resins.

We will create models from 3D data. The typical layer pitch for general light curing is 0.1mm, but our Objet EDEN has a layer pitch of 16μ (0.016mm), allowing for the creation of fine shapes and highly precise freeform surfaces. Additionally, it is possible to create integrated assemblies, enabling the examination of mechanical components. Please feel free to contact us.
