Beta titanium metal needle / double tube piercing nozzle
We have developed needles/nozzles made of β-titanium. β-titanium has the following characteristics compared to SUS: 1. High corrosion resistance 2. Low Young's modulus (less prone to bending) 3. High strength. By processing the inner diameter with polishing (surface roughness of 0.1 Ra or less), we minimize contamination to the utmost and achieve high-precision analysis in medical and analytical devices. For the needle tip and suction side holes, we respond to various requests regarding shape, hole angle, surface/hardening treatment, etc.
