The DX laser system from Photonics Industries, USA, is a high-output and compact DPSS laser system that employs an intra-cavity design (patented) by placing harmonic crystals within the resonator, achieving high wavelength conversion efficiency and extending the lifespan of the crystals. Furthermore, the end-pump structure allows for excellent beam quality, resulting in very high beam characteristics, with beam quality of M2<1.1, stable pulse-to-pulse stability, and beam position stability, making it ideal for laser micromachining applications such as printing, cutting, and scribing. The excitation laser diode can be replaced on-site, reducing maintenance costs. Additionally, by integrating the laser head and power supply into an all-in-one structure, it can be installed without considering the space for controllers and power boxes, while also improving reliability.
