The "MIP Series" is a batch thawing machine that can thaw 136 kg of frozen goods in just a few minutes, with a processing capacity of around 1 ton per hour as a guideline. For the thawing method, frozen goods are placed on a pallet and manually fed into the cavity using rollers attached to the product table, after which the door is closed and thawing is performed using microwaves.
