Raw materials (flakes, pellets, etc.) that enter from the entrance move towards the exit while rotating inside an inclined rotating drum. Micronized molasses (or fats) are added to the surface of the raw materials from multiple additive nozzles located at the center of the drum's entrance, and they are uniformly coated while repeating the rotation and movement.

basic information
Raw materials (flakes, pellets, etc.) that enter from the entrance move towards the exit while rotating inside an inclined rotating drum. Micronized molasses (or fats) are added to the surface of the raw materials from multiple additive nozzles located at the center of the drum's entrance, and they are uniformly coated while repeating rotation and movement. 1. The rotating drum is installed at an incline and does not have a forced feeding mechanism. Additionally, the inner surface is lined with polymer sheet material, making cleaning and inspection easy. 2. The drum rotation is controlled by an inverter, allowing for optimal rotation speed based on the physical properties and flow rate of the raw materials. 3. The molasses addition nozzles use special two-fluid nozzles from Everloy, enabling stable addition of fine particles.
