The UNICLEAN screw and mold cleaning machine is an operator-free cleaning machine based on a screw design, allowing for the adjustment of blast pressure, screw feed speed, and length settings. Depending on the degree of resin adhesion, programming can be divided into five zones, and you can choose between a one-way or a return cleaning process. It can be upgraded to a swing type, angle change type, or twin nozzle, and by adding a silo as an option, the blasting agent can be automatically replenished. The blasting agent tank and disposal box are monitored by sensors.

It can automatically clean nylon resin, fluororesin, P.C., PEEK, P.P., PE, urethane cross-linked resin, and burnt resin that are stuck to the screw at room temperature without damaging the plating surface. Additionally, it can also clean molds with a manual switch. It uses a plastic blasting agent that does not scratch the workpiece, and it separates and reuses the blasting agent within the cleaning machine, leading to cost reduction. Furthermore, the vacuum mechanism prevents the blasting agent from escaping outside.
