L2Blocker blocks unauthorized PCs by applying "ARP Cache Poisoning" technology. It monitors the network's ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) packets and, upon detecting ARP packets from unauthorized PCs, sends spoofed ARP packets to block the connection of the unauthorized PC. On the unauthorized PC's screen, a message stating "IP address conflict" will appear, preventing communication.
