This system enables high-value-added 5-axis machining with relatively simple operations, generating tool paths with very high precision and smooth machine movements. The system configuration includes general machining function modules as well as dedicated modules for specific applications such as tubes, blades, impellers, and tires, allowing for a wide range of machining needs. The automatic axis control function smooths the operation of the rotational and tilting axes of 5-axis machining without creating control curves or control surfaces, while automatic interference avoidance adjusts the displacement of the tilting axis and synchronizes it with the rotational axis. This results in smooth axis displacement movements that do not affect the workpiece during avoidance, significantly reducing the operator's workload and enabling practical 5-axis machining.
