Delayed vacuum electromagnetic valve
When the oil rotary vacuum pump stops, an oil backflow occurs, causing the oil inside the pump to flow back to the vacuum device side. To prevent this, it is necessary to return the pump's intake side to atmospheric pressure after the pump has stopped and the main valve is completely closed. The delayed vacuum solenoid valve is a delayed leak valve that can prevent oil backflow to the vacuum device side not only during normal ON-OFF operations but also during power outages, simply by being installed between the main valve and the pump. It can delay the vacuum break on the pump's intake side until the vacuum pump stops and the main valve is completely closed, thereby protecting the vacuum pump and the vacuum device.

Nihon Seiki began manufacturing and selling pneumatic equipment in 1955. In addition to pneumatic cylinders, pneumatic pressure regulators and conditioning equipment, and compressed air dehumidifiers, they also manufacture and sell nitrogen gas generators and cold air generators as applications for compressed air. They are active in a wide range of industries, including industrial machinery, the medical industry, the shipping industry, and the vacuum industry, and for about 60 years, they have continued to meet the advanced demands of their customers under the motto of "practicing sincerity," consistently creating unique pneumatic equipment. Their products can be broadly classified into three main categories: drive and control equipment, dehumidifying devices, and pneumatic application equipment. Currently, regardless of traditional products, technologies, and sales channels, they are actively engaged in product development aimed at further expanding the field of pneumatic application equipment, driven by the concept of "new."
